Welcome to our website
The Glen is located in the heart of Florida's Nature Coast. We are only
minutes away from fabulous golf courses, springs, boating, fishing, biking
and hiking trails. The near-by towns of Crystal River and Homosassa offer
beautiful river and gulf access.
Our association is managed by a Community Management Company and
an elected board of directors that consists of homeowner volunteers.

SCHEDULED MEETINGS: Meetings for 2023 can be found on the Meetings Page Click Here
LAWN AND TRASH DAY: Is Tuesday each week. Have trash out by 9:00 a.m. Break down boxes being picked up.
EXTERIOR CHANGES: All exterior changes must be approved by the A.R.C. before starting work.
ROOF SHINGLE CLEANING: Roof cleaning for fungus needs to be done by owners if needed.
PAINT COLORS: We have the paint color numbers for touch ups in between the Association Repaints.
DOG OWNERS: Please pick up after your dogs.
ONE WAY SIGN ON LUCILLE: Members can ignore the sign. It is there to prevent cutting through on Rose Street.
ASSOCIATION SUBCONTRACTORS: Do not approach any of them, you need to call VSC to discuss any issues. NEW PARKING SPACES: There will be 3 new parking spaces by the dumpster, please do not place yard waste at Dumpster area, place out front for pick up on Wednesdays.
